At a glance: Shipping to the 50 U.S. states and DC, free standard service with no minimum purchase, and estimated delivery in 3–6 business days. We do not offer an express shipping service.
Destination and service
We ship to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories or freely associated states, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. For a PO Box within our delivery area, contact us before ordering to confirm service for the selected product. Do not assume a particular carrier or service is available because a product image shows its label.
Shipping charges and timing
Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after shipment is 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. The order’s shipping details and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch, tracking and delivery questions
Use the shipping information provided for your order to check its progress. If tracking is missing, has not updated, or shows a delivery you have not received, contact us with your order number and the issue. Do not send payment-card details.
Changes and delays
Contact us promptly to request an address or order change. A request is not a confirmation, and a dispatched order may no longer be changeable. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and allow you to accept a revised time or cancel for a prompt refund.
Damage or incorrect contents
Contact us about damaged, defective, missing, incorrect or materially misdescribed items. Keep the packaging and share useful order details or photographs where available. See the Refund Policy; your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
