At a glance: Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Use only payment options presented for your order at checkout. gupak is the seller responsible for the order, shipping and returns.

Order totals

Product prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Review the final items, quantities and total before confirming payment.

Payment availability

A payment method is available only when displayed at checkout for that order. Availability may depend on the device, location, currency and eligibility. We do not identify a card network or wallet as available based solely on a logo in a footer or on a product image.

Authorization and verification

Your payment provider may place a temporary authorization while processing an order. An authorization is different from a completed charge. Payment verification may be needed to protect against fraud. If payment fails, check the information and available funds with your provider before retrying.

Duplicate or unexpected charges

Compare pending authorizations with completed charges. If you believe there is a duplicate completed payment, contact us with the order number and date. Do not email your full card number, CVV, passwords or banking login. We will not ask you to pay by off-site cryptocurrency, a personal account or an email transfer outside checkout.

Purchase type

The products in this catalog are offered as one-time purchases. This catalog does not include a subscription or automatic-renewal plan.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
