At a glance: gupak is an independent online retailer of packaging supplies. These terms apply to the store and orders placed with us. Review the selected product details and the related policies before purchasing.
Store and products
The store is operated under the business contact shown below. Shopify provides the commerce platform; it is not the seller responsible for supplying gupak’s goods. Third-party brand names identify products and do not establish an authorized relationship.
Orders and acceptance
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Review the selected size, quantity, components and price before ordering. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; it does not mean the goods have been dispatched. Contact us if information is incorrect or if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will check the request rather than treating it as automatically accepted.
Pricing and payments
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Use payment methods actually presented for your order. If a pricing, stock or description error affects an order, we will contact you about the issue and the available resolution rather than silently substituting a different product. Delivery and returns
Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after shipment is 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. See the Shipping Policy for service details. Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Eligible returns have free return shipping and a free prepaid return label included in your package, with no restocking fee. We accept exchange requests within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the eligibility and instructions in the Refund Policy. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Using the website
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit false information or infringe others’ rights. Images may show props and representative quantities; the selected product’s component list and pack count define the purchase. If the site becomes unavailable or a feature does not work, contact us using the details below.
Privacy and third-party services
Read the Privacy Policy for data practices and available rights. Third-party links and the Google map connect to other services. Their own policies apply to their services.
Questions and rights
Contact us about a dispute or an unresolved order issue so we can investigate. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state law and do not promise compliance with every law in every jurisdiction. Changes to these terms will have an accurate updated date; contact us for help identifying the terms applicable to an earlier order.
